By accessing and using Lunari Web Solutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Lunari Web Solutions provides professional web design and development services including but not limited to:

  • Custom website design and development
  • Template-based website solutions
  • Website maintenance and support
  • SEO optimization services
  • Hosting and domain management

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Generally:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon project completion
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom design work created specifically for their project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner
  • Ensure they have rights to all content provided
  • Make payments according to agreed terms

6. Limitation of Liability

Lunari Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
